Vegan Tomato Pasta Bake - Orgran

  • 1 1/2 cups ORGRAN Penne of choice
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 cup tomato pasta sauce


  • To make the bake, cook the pasta for approx. 8 minutes (Leave it a bit hard as it will be going in the oven).
  • Drain pasta and mix through with tomato pasta sauce, spinach and half of the cheese.
  • Put it into a baking tray that has been greased and top with the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 220°C/452°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
