Vegan Sausage Rolls - Orgran

- 2 packages vegan sausages
- 1 onion, diced
- carrot, grated
- 3 tablespoons fruit chutney
- 2 teaspoons ORGRAN No Egg™ Egg Replacer, prepared as per packet instructions
- 1 cup ORGRAN Rice Crispi™ Breadcrumbs
- 3 puff pastry sheets, cut into halves
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
- Mince vegan sausages by hand and mix with onion, carrot, fruit chutney, no egg mixture and breadcrumbs.
- Cut puff pastry sheet into halves and place sausage mix down the centre of pastry.
- Roll up to enclose filling and press down along sides to ensure no splitting.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve and enjoy.
