Vegan Sausage Rolls - Orgran

  • 2 packages vegan sausages
  • 1 onion, diced
  • carrot, grated
  • 3 tablespoons fruit chutney
  • 2 teaspoons ORGRAN No Egg™ Egg Replacer, prepared as per packet instructions
  • 1 cup ORGRAN Rice Crispi™ Breadcrumbs
  • 3 puff pastry sheets, cut into halves


  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Mince vegan sausages by hand and mix with onion, carrot, fruit chutney, no egg mixture and breadcrumbs.
  • Cut puff pastry sheet into halves and place sausage mix down the centre of pastry.
  • Roll up to enclose filling and press down along sides to ensure no splitting.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve and enjoy.
