- ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
- 220 millilitres rice or soy milk
- sliced bread, of choice
- maple syrup
- fresh berries or fruit of choice
- Mix Vegan Easy Egg™ with rice or soy milk.
- Heat up frying pan and spray with oil.
- Soak bread in the mix.
- Pan fry for 1-3 mins each side or until golden brown in low to medium heat.
- Serve with maple syrup and fruits as desired.
