Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smooth ricotta
  • 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped natural sultanas
  • ORGRAN Crispibread™ of choice

Method

  • Spread ricotta over crispbread.
  • Top each crispbread with half a slice of cheese.
  • Top with grated carrot, coconut and sultanas.
