- 2 tablespoons smooth ricotta
- 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped natural sultanas
- ORGRAN Crispibread™ of choice
- Spread ricotta over crispbread.
- Top each crispbread with half a slice of cheese.
- Top with grated carrot, coconut and sultanas.
