Quinoa Porridge w/Caramelised Banana - Orgran

- 1 serving ORGRAN Quinoa Porridge
- 1 banana, whole
- 1 teaspoon butter (or margarine, for vegan alternative)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- cacao nibs
- shredded coconut
- berries (optional)
- drizzle of honey (optional)
- Prepare quinoa porridge as per packet instructions. Set aside.
- Peel and slice banana length-ways in half. In a pan, over medium heat, melt butter and then add maple syrup and cinnamon. When it starts to bubble immediately add banana and allow to caramelise before turning over.
- Add to porridge and drizzle maple syrup from pan over the banana.
- Top porridge with cacao nibs, coconut, berries and honey. Serve hot.
