Pasta Aglio e Olio - Orgran

  • 1 package ORGRAN Pasta of Choice
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 sml pinch chilli flakes (or thinly sliced fresh chilli as desired)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped continental flat leaf parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook pasta as per packet instructions; while pasta is cooking prepare the garlic sauce.
  • Heat oil on low setting, add garlic, chilli flakes, a little pepper (add some salt if pasta water is not salted) and cook until garlic is lightly golden in colour; turn off heat and add parsley.
  • Drain pasta and add immediately into pan with cooked garlic mixture and toss gently and serve while hot.
  • When plated drizzle with a little extra olive oil. Serve with slices of crispy bread and green salad.
