Mushroom Pasta - Orgran

Ingredients

  • 1 package ORGRAN Rice & Corn Pasta Penne
  • unsalted butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 6 - 8 field mushrooms or 415g tin champignons, sliced
  • 250 millilitres light evaporated milk

Method

  • 1. In a large saucepan gently cook the onion in butter until soft.
  • 2. Add the garlic and mix together well.
  • 3. Add the mushrooms and cook on a low heat until soft.
  • 4. Just prior to serving add the evaporated milk; stir through then season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Cook pasta according to instructions on packet and drain.
  • 6. Add sauce and serve immediately.
