Mini Breakfast Bites - Orgran

- 1/2 cup ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
- 250 millilitres water
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mushroom, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a mini cupcake tin.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the Vegan Easy Egg™.
- Add the water, non-dairy milk, olive oil, salt and garlic powder whisk until combined.
- Fold through the capsicum, tomato, mushroom and spring onion.
- Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling to the top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 mins. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
