Guacamole Crispibread - ORGRAN Health & Nutrition

  • 6 ORGRAN Buckwheat Crispibread™
  • 1 avocado, firm & ripe
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli, chopped


  • Lay the crispibread™ out on a plate or platter.
  • Cut the avocado in half, peel and remove the seed.
  • Roughly chop the avocado and place into a bowl.
  • Cover the avocado with the lemon juice.
  • Add the crushed garlic and use a fork to mash together until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Stir through the salt, red onion and chilli.
  • Scoop onto the crispibread™ and serve immediately.
