Guacamole Crispibread - ORGRAN Health & Nutrition

- 6 ORGRAN Buckwheat Crispibread™
- 1 avocado, firm & ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chilli, chopped
- Lay the crispibread™ out on a plate or platter.
- Cut the avocado in half, peel and remove the seed.
- Roughly chop the avocado and place into a bowl.
- Cover the avocado with the lemon juice.
- Add the crushed garlic and use a fork to mash together until the desired consistency is reached.
- Stir through the salt, red onion and chilli.
- Scoop onto the crispibread™ and serve immediately.
