Greek Tabouli w/Crispibread™ - Orgran

- 2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 5 roma tomatoes, diced into small pieces
- 1 cucumber, finely diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons baby capers
- feta, cubed
- 3 tablespoons sliced olives
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1. Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Set dressing aside.
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and stir to coat all ingredients.
- 3. Allow to sit for 3-4 mins before serving.
- 4. Top crispibread™ with spoonful of salad and serve.
