Easy Vegan Omelette - Orgran

  • red pepper, black sesame seeds, coriander

Method

  • Mix the ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™ and water in a bowl until a smooth. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the omelette light brown on both sides.
  • Finely chop the garlic and red pepper and lightly fry the bean sprouts, garlic and red pepper for a few minutes.
  • Slice the avocado and the spring onion into rings.
  • Place the Omelette on a plate and fill with the vegetables. Finish with some sesame seeds.
