Beetroot Dip - Orgran

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized beetroot
  • 1 cup lightly roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon white miso
  • pinch cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
  • lemon juice
  • 1 package ORGRAN Crispibread™ or ORGRAN Wafer Crackers of choice.

Method

  • 1. Place everything in a blender or food processor and process adding just enough lemon juice to achieve a smooth dip.
  • 2. These dips and pate contain healthy fats from nuts, which also provide a good source of fibre and other important vitamins and minerals.
  • 3. Serve with either ORGRAN Crispibread™ or ORGRAN Wafer Crackers of choice.
