Beetroot Dip - Orgran

- 1 medium sized beetroot
- 1 cup lightly roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- pinch cayenne
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
- lemon juice
- 1 package ORGRAN Crispibread™ or ORGRAN Wafer Crackers of choice.
- 1. Place everything in a blender or food processor and process adding just enough lemon juice to achieve a smooth dip.
- 2. These dips and pate contain healthy fats from nuts, which also provide a good source of fibre and other important vitamins and minerals.
- 3. Serve with either ORGRAN Crispibread™ or ORGRAN Wafer Crackers of choice.
