- vegetable oil
- soy milk
- mustard Flour
- 1 tablespoon ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- In a bowl, mix ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™ and mustard then add soy milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Add vinegar and whisk until well combined.
- Add oil gradually while mixing.
- Add sugar (optional salt and pepper) as desired.
- Store in fridge for 2-3 days.
