Vegan Mayonnaise - Orgran Health & Nutrition

- 1 tablespoon ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
- mustard flour
- 35 millilitres soy milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 50 millilitres vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- In a bowl, mix Vegan Easy Egg™ and mustard then add soy milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Add vinegar and whisk until well combined.
- Add oil gradually while mixing.
- Add sugar (optional salt and pepper) as desired.
- Store in fridge for 2-3 days.
