Tropical Ham Crispibread Topping - Orgran

- 1/4 banana, mashed
- 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 slices leg ham
- 2 thin slices pineapple
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- Spread banana over Buckwheat Crispibread.
- Place half slice of cheese on each Crispibread.
- Top with ham and pineapple.
- Sprinkle with mint.
