Tomato Pesto Pasta - Orgran Health & Nutrition

- semi-sundried tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- pine nuts OR 50g sunflower seeds
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ORGRAN Super Trio Spirals Buckwheat, Quinoa & Millet
- fresh basil leaves
- baby capers
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Set aside (keep warm).
- Combine all tomato pesto ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour pesto over pasta, toss and combine well. Serve with fresh basil leaves and baby capers.
