Ingredients

  • 12 ORGRAN Quinoa Wafer Crackers
  • 1 tin (450g) whole baby beetroot, drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (heaped) non-dairy yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Lay 12 Orgran Quinoa Wafer Crackers out on a plate or platter.
  • Add the baby beetroot, olive oil, non-dairy yoghurt and salt to a food processor.
  • Pulse until the ingredients have combined and the beetroot is in fine chunks.
  • Spoon onto the Orgran Quinoa Wafer Crackers and serve.
