Ingredients

  • 4 ORGRAN Quinoa Crispibread™
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 1/3 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch pepper or black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon celtic salt
  • garnish of choice

Method

  • Layer avocado slices followed by tomatoes, kimchi and cabbage. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and season with salt & pepper!
