Stuffing - Orgran

  • 1 cup finely chopped brown onion
  • 1 cup ORGRAN Crispi Rice Crumbs (or Orgran crumbs of choice)
  • 1 cup ORGRAN Crispi Quinoa Crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, as desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • finely grated rind 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ORGRAN Falafel Mix
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ORGRAN No Egg (this helps to bind the stuffing)
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil (or other oil, as desired)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Use and Serving Suggestions
  • 1 x 1.5kg (3 lb.) roasting chicken
  • ORGRAN Gravy Mix, to make gravy for serving


  • 1. Place onion, ORGRAN rice crumbs, ORGRAN quinoa crumbs, parsley, salt & pepper, thyme, lemon rind, ORGRAN falafel mix, garlic, no egg, oil and water into the bowl of an electric food processor.
  • 2. Process until ingredients are well combined. (Quantity is sufficient for 1 x 1.5kg (3lb.) roasting chicken)
  • 3. If using stuffing for a roasting chicken, press stuffing into cavity of chicken and secure with a fine meat skewer. Cook according to weight.
