Peach and Apple Pie Crumble - ORGRAN Health & Nutrition

Crumble Ingredients:

  • 2 packages ORGRAN Apple Pie Biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • diary free butter, melted

Filling Ingredients:

  • 4 granny smith apples, peeled & chopped
  • 4 peaches, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

To Serve:

  • coconut or vanilla bean dairy free ice cream


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C fan forced and grease 25cm diameter pie dish with coconut oil the dish required.
  • Place all ingredients needed for the filling into a bowl and combine well. Pour into baking dish and spread out. Place into oven for 10 mins.
  • In the meantime prepare the crumble. Place the biscuits and sugar into a bag and using a rolling pin crush them to a crumb-like consistency. Place them into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
  • Take out of the oven the baking dish and carefully place crumble over the top of the filling and bake for 15-20 mins.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature with optional coconut or vanilla bean dairy free ice cream.
