- 1 cup Multigrain O’s with Quinoa
- 4 cups rolled rice flakes
- 1 cup crunchy rice bran
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut (omit on a low cholesterol diet)
- 1/2 cup toasted almond flakes
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels
- 1/2 cup natural sultanas
- 1/2 cup chopped natural raisins
- 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- 1. Place the Multigrain O’s with Quinoa into the bowl of an electric food processor. Chop until broken up as desired.
- 2. Mix all the ingredients together.
- 3. Store in an airtight container until required.
