Muesli - Orgran

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Multigrain O’s with Quinoa
  • 4 cups rolled rice flakes
  • 1 cup crunchy rice bran
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut (omit on a low cholesterol diet)
  • 1/2 cup toasted almond flakes
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/2 cup natural sultanas
  • 1/2 cup chopped natural raisins
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots

Method

  • 1. Place the Multigrain O’s with Quinoa into the bowl of an electric food processor. Chop until broken up as desired.
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • 3. Store in an airtight container until required.
