Mini Breakfast Bites - Orgran

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushroom, finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a mini cupcake tin.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add the Orgran Vegan Easy Egg.
  • Add the water, non-dairy milk, olive oil, salt and garlic powder whisk until combined.
  • Fold through the capsicum, tomato, mushroom and spring onion.
  • Spoon the mixture into the pan, filling to the top.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 mins. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
