Hot Potato Chips - Orgran

- ORGRAN Crispi™ Premium Breadcrumbs
- ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour
- 2 russet potatoes
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- ketchup, to taste
- 2 eggs
- Thinly slice potatoes and tap dry with paper towel.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder in a bowl for seasoning.
- Put ORGRAN Crispi™ Premium Breadcrumbs in a bowl, ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour in separate bowl and whisked eggs in another separate bowl.
- Dip sliced potatoes into plain flour then eggs and crumbs.
- Pour vegetable oil in and heat it up in low temperature.
- Deep fry coated potatoes and cook until colour turns gold.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and enjoy.
