Hot Potato Chips - Orgran



  • ORGRAN Crispi™ Premium Breadcrumbs
  • ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • vegetable oil for deep fry
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • ketchup, to taste
  • 2 eggs


  • Thinly slice potatoes and tap dry with paper towel.
  • Mix salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder in a bowl for seasoning.
  • Put ORGRAN Crispi™ Premium Breadcrumbs in a bowl, ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour in separate bowl and whisked eggs in another separate bowl.
  • Dip sliced potatoes into plain flour then eggs and crumbs.
  • Pour vegetable oil in and heat it up in low temperature.
  • Deep fry coated potatoes and cook until colour turns gold.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning and enjoy.
