Honey Mustard Pork Medallions - Orgran

Ingredients

  • pork medallions
  • cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package ORGRAN Rice Crispi™ Breadcrumbs
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Marinate pork in honey, mustard, oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper for approx. 60 minutes.
  • Coat medallions in breadcrumbs. Heat oil and fry until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve with your choice of vegetables and enjoy.
