Greek Tabouli w/Crispibread™ - Orgran

Ingredients

Tabouli Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 5 roma tomatoes, diced into small pieces
  • 1 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons baby capers
  • feta, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons sliced olives
  • pepper, to taste

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon

Method

  • 1. Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Set dressing aside.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing and stir to coat all ingredients.
  • 3. Allow to sit for 3-4 mins before serving.
  • 4. Top crispibread™ with spoonful of salad and serve.
