Fetta & Red Wine Dip - Orgran

Ingredients

  • fetta cheese
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 pkt Orgran Crispibread or Wafer Crackers of choice.

Method

  • 1. Place fetta, olive oil, red wine, red wine vinegar, brown sugar and rosemary into the bowl of an electric food blender. Blend until smooth.
  • 2. Serve with Orgran Crispibread or Wafer Crackers of choice.
