Vegan Omelette - Orgran

Vegan Egg Omelette Ingredients:
- ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
- 240 millilitres water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Vegetable Filling Ingredients:
- hand full of bean sprouts
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
Optional Filling/Topping Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 spring onion
- black sesame seeds, coriander
- Mix the Vegan Easy Egg™ and water in a bowl until a smooth. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the omelette light brown on both sides.
- Finely chop the garlic and red pepper and lightly fry the bean sprouts, garlic and red pepper for a few minutes.
- Slice the avocado and slice the spring onion into rings.
- Place the omelette on a plate and fill with the vegetables. Finish with some sesame seeds.
