Easy Vegan Omelette - Orgran

Ingredients

Vegan Egg Omelette:

  • ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™
  • 240 millilitres water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Vegetable Filling:

  • hand full of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic

Optional Filling/Topping:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 spring onion
  • black sesame seeds, coriander

Method

  • Mix the ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™ and water in a bowl until a smooth. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the omelette light brown on both sides.
  • Finely chop the garlic and red pepper and lightly fry the bean sprouts, garlic and red pepper for a few minutes.
  • Slice the avocado and slice the spring onion into rings.
  • Place the omelette on a plate and fill with the vegetables. Finish with some sesame seeds.
