Easy Vegan Omelette - Orgran

  • of ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg
  • 240 millilitres of water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Hand full of bean sprouts
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Optional: Red pepper, black sesame seeds, coriander


  • Mix the Vegan Easy Egg and water in a bowl until a smooth. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the omelette light brown on both sides.
  • Finely chop the garlic and red pepper and lightly fry the bean sprouts, garlic and red pepper for a few minutes.
  • Slice the avocado and the spring onion into rings.
  • Place the Omelette on a plate and fill with the vegetables. Finish with some sesame seeds.
