Easy Egg Quiche - Orgran

- shortcrust pastry sheets
- 1 tablespoon oil
- cup onion, diced
- bacon, chopped
- cup zucchini, julienne
- cup mushroom, chopped
- cup water
- 1 teaspoon ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Flour
- 4 tablespoons ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™, prepared as per packet instructions
- shredded cheese
- Line and bake shortcrust pastry as per instruction in packaging.
- Heat up oil in frying pan and fry onion until it turns golden in colour.
- Fry bacon, zucchini and mushroom until cooked. Leave aside to cool down.
- In a bowl mix, Vegan Easy Egg™, flour and milk.
- Mix in onion, bacon, zucchini, mushroom and cheese and pour in to pastry.
- Bake at 175°/350°F for 18-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
