Easy Egg Omelette - Orgran

- 1 cup Milk
- 3 tablespoons ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg
- 2 tablespoons Tomato (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon Onion
- 3 tablespoons Bacon (chopped)
- In a bowl, mix Vegan Easy Egg, milk, cheese, tomato, onion and bacon.
- Heat up frying pan at high heat then reduce to medium heat.
- Pour in the omelette mixture immediate and cook over medium heat, ensuring it is being cooked evenly on the pan. When underside is golden, lower the heat.
- Fold omelette and let it cook for a further 30 seconds then slide from the pan onto a plate.
