Easy Egg Omelette - Orgran

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Bacon (chopped)


  • In a bowl, mix Vegan Easy Egg, milk, cheese, tomato, onion and bacon.
  • Heat up frying pan at high heat then reduce to medium heat.
  • Pour in the omelette mixture immediate and cook over medium heat, ensuring it is being cooked evenly on the pan. When underside is golden, lower the heat.
  • Fold omelette and let it cook for a further 30 seconds then slide from the pan onto a plate.
