Cinnamon Blondies - Orgran

Ingredients

  • chickpeas
  • ORGRAN Self Raising Flour
  • whey protein/plant protein
  • nut butter
  • 1 egg / flax egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 30 millilitres milk of choice
  • 4 tablespoons xylitol

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line with baking paper, a 20cm x 20cm cake tin.
  • 2. Blend all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 3. Pour mix into prepared tin and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4. With a skewer check centre of 'blondies'. If you’d like your Cinnamon Blondies to be cooked a little more leave in oven for a few more minutes then check again, or if prefer a fudgy centre take them out after 15 minutes has passed.
