Chinese Bubble & Squeak - Orgran

- olive oil for frying
- 2 large onions, peeled and diced
- cold, cooked sliced or diced potato
- cold cooked shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon ORGRAN Falafel Mix
- salt and pepper, as desired
- 1. Pour a small quantity of olive oil into a large heavy based frying pan.
- 2. Add onion. Cook until onion is just starting to caramelise. This adds flavour.
- 3. Add potato and lightly fry. Add more olive oil if necessary.
- 4. Add cabbage, ORGRAN falafel and salt and pepper and toss through.
- 5. Serve as desired.
