Chinese Bubble & Squeak - Orgran

  • olive oil for frying
  • 2 large onions, peeled and diced
  • cold, cooked sliced or diced potato
  • cold cooked shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon ORGRAN Falafel Mix
  • salt and pepper, as desired


  • 1. Pour a small quantity of olive oil into a large heavy based frying pan.
  • 2. Add onion. Cook until onion is just starting to caramelise. This adds flavour.
  • 3. Add potato and lightly fry. Add more olive oil if necessary.
  • 4. Add cabbage, ORGRAN falafel and salt and pepper and toss through.
  • 5. Serve as desired.
