Amaretti Stuffed Medjool Dates - Orgran

  • 34 Medjool or other large soft table dates
  • Philadelphia™ cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package ORGRAN Amaretti Biscotti


  • 1. Finely chop 4 dates.
  • 2. Put the Philadelphia™ cream cheese into a small bowl. Beat until softened.
  • 3. Add chopped dates and cinnamon to cream cheese and mix well.
  • 4. Put half the biscotti into the bowl of an electric food processor or blender. Make into fine biscuit crumbs. Add to creamed cheese. Mix well to combine ingredients.
  • 5. Open up dates long ways. Do not cut right through.
  • 6. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into the cavity of each date.
  • 7. Cut one of the biscotti in half with a sharp knife. Place a half lengthwise across the filling in each date.
