Camembert & Cucumber Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

sliced camembert

continental cucumber slices

radish slices

2 tablespoons shredded lettuce

no-oil French dressing

Packet Multigrain Crispibread with Quinoa (or Orgran crispibread of your choice) 

Method

1. Top each Crispibread with Quinoa with camembert, cucumber and radish slices.

2. Top with shredded lettuce.

3. Pour French dressing over each Crispibread with Quinoa.
