1 tablespoon tomato chutney
1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 slices turkey breast
4 slices tomato
2 teaspoons fresh watercress, finely chopped
1. Spread ricotta over Crispibread with Quinoa.
2. Spread chutney over ricotta.
3. Put half a slice of cheese on each Crispibread with Quinoa.
4. Top with turkey and tomato.
5. Sprinkle with watercress.
