Tropical Ham Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

¼ banana, mashed

1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese

2 slices leg ham

2 thin slices pineapple

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint

Method

  1. Spread banana over Crispibread with Quinoa.
  2. Place half slice of cheese on each Crispibread with Quinoa.
  3. Top with ham and pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle with mint.
