Ham and Pineapple Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

2 tablespoons low-fat cottage cheese with pineapple

1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese

2 slices leg ham

2 thin slices pineapple

4 green olives, thinly sliced

Method

1. Spread cottage cheese over Crispibread with Quinoa.

2.  Top with half a slice of cheese.

3.  Top with ham and pineapple.

4. Top with olives.
