Carrot-Coconut Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

2 tablespoons smooth ricotta

1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese

 1 tablespoon grated carrot  

1 teaspoon shredded coconut

1 tablespoon finely chopped natural sultanas 

Method

  1. Spread ricotta over Crispibread with Quinoa.
  2. Top each Crispibread with Quinoa with half a slice of cheese.
  3. Top with grated carrot, coconut and sultanas.
