Ingredients

2 tablespoon smooth ricotta

1 slice reduced fat cheddar cheese, cut in half

½ apple, thinly sliced

2 large dates, thinly sliced

Method

1. Spread ricotta over Crispibread with Quinoa.

2. Top each Crispibread with Quinoa with half a slice of cheese.

3. Top with apple and dates.
