Ingredients

¼ avocado

2 tablespoons smooth ricotta

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons crab meat

 

Method

  1. Mash avocado. 
  2. Stir in ricotta. 
  3. Spread onto Crispibread with Quinoa.
  4. Top with crab meat.
