Lemon Pie filling
Ingredients
45g Orgran No Egg
350ml warm water
225g sugar
40g Orgran All Purpose Flour
60ml lemon juice
3 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- In a pot gradually add the water a little at a time to the combined ingredients and stir thoroughly to disperse.
- Continue stirring over high heat until smooth and thick.
- Cool for 5 minutes, pour into baked pie shell and cool thoroughly.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
