45g Orgran No Egg Natural Egg Replacer
350ml warm water
40g Orgran All Purpose Plain Flour
60ml lemon juice
3 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1. In a pot gradually add the water a little at a time to the combined ingredients and stir thoroughly to disperse.
2. Continue stirring over high heat until smooth and thick.
3. Cool for 5 minutes, pour into baked pie shell and cool thoroughly.
4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
