Turkey and Tomato Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smooth ricotta
  • 1 tablespoon tomato chutney
  • 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 2 teaspoons fresh watercress, finely chopped

Method

  • 1. Spread ricotta over Crispibread of choice
  • 3. Put half a slice of cheese on each Crispibread.
  • 4. Top with turkey and tomato.
  • 5. Sprinkle with watercress.
