Ingredients

Method

  • Place the cherries on a plate lined with paper towel.
  • Use an electric beater to beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Add the resume essence and beat to combine.
  • Prepare ORGRAN Chocolate Mousse Mix as per packet instructions.
  • Layer the cream mixture, mousse, cherries and a little reserve syrup among serving glasses and finish with the cream mixture. Top with chocolate shaving to serve.
