Camembert & Cucumber Crispibread Topping

Ingredients

  • sliced camembert
  • continental cucumber slices
  • radish slices
  • 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce
  • no-oil French dressing
  • Packet Chia Crispibread

Method

  • 1. Top each Crispibread with Quinoa with camembert, cucumber and radish slices.
  • 2. Top with shredded lettuce.
  • 3. Pour French dressing over each Crispibread with Chia.
