Caramel Fudge Balls

Ingredients

  • white cooking chocolate
  • 1 cup decorating sprinkles
  • 1 package Orgran Caramel Fudge Brownie Mix

Method

  • Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box, vegan version. Cool completely.
  • Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Crumble cooled brownies into large bowl.
  • Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into balls; place on cookie sheet. Freeze at least 15 minutes.
  • Melt white cooking chocolate in microwave. Place sprinkles in small bowl.
  • Remove several brownie balls from freezer at a time. Dip fudge balls into melted white cooking chocolate.
  • Gently swirl each brownie ball in melted white cooking chocolate until coated; tap off excess.
  • Roll coated fudge balls in sprinkles until full covered.
