Tropical Ham Crispibread Topping


  • Prep Time: 10m

Ingredients

  • 1/4 banana, mashed
  • 1 slice reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices leg ham
  • 2 thin slices pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint

Method

  • Spread banana over Buckwheat Crispibread.
  • Place half slice of cheese on each Crispibread.
  • Top with ham and pineapple.
  • Sprinkle with mint.
