Golden Syrup Flapjacks

Ingredients

Method

  • Using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar until well mixed.
  • Add in golden syrup and mix until well combined.
  • Add Quinoa Porridge and mix until well combined. But be careful not to overmix making sure the porridge keep their texture.
  • Make small balls and placed onto lined baking tray.
  • Press balls to make it flat.
  • Place in the oven and bake on 180°C/350°F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
