Sunflower, Chia & Poppyseed Bread

  • Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F.
  • Add bread mix with warm water and vegetable oil.
  • Mix together on medium speed for 2-4 minutes.
  • Add chia and poppy seeds then mix gently with spatula.
  • Place it into bread tray and sprinkle sunflower seeds and pepitas on top.
  • Proof for 5-10 minutes until it raises.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 190°C/375°F for 10 minutes and then lower temperature to 180°C/350°F for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy.
